This semi-automatic olive and granular food filling machine runs with filling principle of the processed food to the package with the support of the operator. Olives are transmitted to package on automatic weighing unit or vibration unit by the help of an elevator system. Operator starts up the olive machine by adjusting the running mode on PLC screen. With the specification of choosing the filling mode on PLC control unit, flexible filling options can be chosen. Filling with running time, filling with running & stop time, filling with pedal run, filling with pedal run & stop, and filling with indicator as optional filling choice can be selected according to the operator’s preference. Elevator stops when package reaches demanded weight on the models that have automatic weighing unit, and the filling process ends by this way. This process repeats for the next package.
