Blanchor With Band CM023B - 6M
This machine is used for pasteurization or cooking of various products.
Matured olives goes into the blanchor by a loading elevator. Depending on size and variety of the olives, the olives in the band chamber, swim for 1 to 30 minutes in 30 to 110 Celsius degree in hot water, and it provides the olives to have heat treatment during this time. The heat of the water inside the band chamber can be adjusted.
