Heat Treatment Machines
Heat treatment machines are used for pasteurization of olives with different methods. Blanchor is used for heat treatment of various products and the heat of the water inside the band chamber can be adjusted. Exhaust Tunnel: it is a machine that works with steam boiler and it is used in pasteurization of processed and packaged olives (brine filling, preheating, cooking and cooling processes). Cooling Tunnel: it is used as a continuation of the Exhaust Tunnel. Cooling process is done by giving the water to hot packaging from the top and sides. Pasteurizers: it is used for pasteurizing small packages with higher production capacity. Thanks to the plate heat exchanger in the pasteurizer, temperature control is provided at different points and suitable recipes can be prepared for different product groups.
