Pasteuriser - ÇM028
This machine is used for pasteurization of various products. Packaged olives goes into the pasteuriser by a transfer band. Depending on package of the olives, the olives in the band chamber, transmit for 5 to 60 minutes in 50 to 90 Celsius degree in hot water and then transfer in cold water, and it provides the olives to pasteurise during this time. The heat control can be adjusted and the receipts can be prepared for various products thanks to touch screen. The machine has a warning system with alarm for hot water and water level control. Temperature value can be observed at any moment.
